CYFR respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the CYFR website, join our early access list, or use the CYFR mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Website and Early Access

If you join the CYFR early access list, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name and email address.

CYFR Mobile Application

CYFR Version 1 is designed primarily as a personal dance journal. Information such as class logs, notes, goals, progress information, photos, and videos may be stored locally on your device.

CYFR does not currently require a user account for Version 1.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information you provide to:

• provide and improve CYFR;
• send early access, beta testing, launch, and product updates;
• respond to support or other inquiries;
• understand interest in CYFR and improve the user experience; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Email Communications

CYFR uses MailerLite to manage its early access mailing list and email communications. If you subscribe, information such as your name and email address may be processed by MailerLite on our behalf.

You may unsubscribe from CYFR marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

4. Photos, Videos, and Dance Journal Content

CYFR may allow you to attach photos, videos, notes, and other information to your dance logs. In Version 1, this content is intended for your personal use and may be stored locally on your device.

If future versions introduce cloud storage, accounts, sharing, or social features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are made available.

5. Third-Party Services

CYFR may use trusted third-party service providers to operate parts of the website or application. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to CYFR.

Current third-party services may include MailerLite for email list management and communications.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Early access subscriber information may be retained while you remain subscribed or as reasonably necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes.

You may request removal of your personal information from the CYFR early access list by contacting us through the support page or by unsubscribing from our emails.

Data stored locally within the CYFR app can generally be removed by deleting the relevant content within the app or removing the app from your device, subject to the functionality available in the applicable version.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information under our control. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

CYFR is not currently intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we introduce features specifically directed toward children or younger users, we will update our practices and policies as required.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

CYFR may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
